2. The account and user registered with the site 2.1. To access certain functionality of the Service, including the ability to purchase products and services, you must register and create an account on www.gcardq8.com, including your password (“Account”). Noting that any account that is registered is a personal and exclusive account for you and is not transferable to any third party.

2.2. If you register and create an account, you become a “Registered User”. To become a Registered User, you must be at least 18 years of age and must provide true and accurate information (including name, date of birth, email address, credit card/KNET card details, and other details) as required during the account creation process. As dictated by law, you, as a parent or guardian of a minor between the ages of 13 and 18, may allow them to use your Account, on the basis that you remain liable for any use of the Service by such minor through your Account. We may perform further checks to confirm your age with a registered credit reference agency (or similar), and if we are unable to verify that you are over 18 years of age, we will cancel your application

2.3. By registering and using www.gcardq8.com, you warrant that the information you have provided in the course of the registration process is true and accurate and you undertake to ensure that such information is kept correct. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. 3. Order process 3.1. As a registered user, you may order and purchase Products through the Service. If a payment is required for a product you have ordered, you must pay the full amount for that product as indicated during the ordering process, including shipping costs and other fees that may apply to that order. There may also be errors in the transmission that may interrupt the purchase process. G-Card will use its best efforts to try to solve any problems that may arise as a result of such errors. Your role is to agree to cooperate with G-Card in resolving such matters, and you agree that G-Card shall have complete freedom of action and to determine the appropriate decision in such cases.

3.3. Parties other than GcardQ8 may advertise and provide services or sell their products at www.gcardq8.com. Such purchases from third parties will be restricted at the time the order is made and these terms and conditions, as well as any other terms and conditions dictated by such third-party selling, will apply. G-Card does not guarantee the offers made by any of these companies or individuals, and your purchase from any of these parties or individuals is your responsibility and you must bear its cost.

4. Payment 4.1. Payment is made using a credit or debit card (“Card”) at the time we receive your order for the relevant Products and after we verify your card details. If we are unable to provide the products, we will inform you as soon as possible. The full amount you paid for the product will be refunded.

4.2. To ensure that the card is not used without your consent, if you want to use a Kent card for payment, we will direct you to the Kent payment gateway where you will be asked to enter the card details (such as the card number, expiration date, and PIN code). If you choose MasterCard and Visa (MIGS) as the payment method, you will be directed to the website for the MasterCard and Visa (MIGS) payment procedures, where you will be asked to enter the card details (such as the card number, expiration date, and PIN code). . We will make sure that your name, address, and other personal information that you provided to us during the order process is correct using the appropriate databases.
